I baristi, per quello che viene detto loro dai clienti ebbri come me, o comunque per quello che ascoltano dai discorsi della gente vicino al bancone, solitamente annebbiata dall’alcool e quindi propensa a confessarsi a voce alta ai quattro venti, dovrebbero essere sottoposti per legge al segreto professionale, come gli avvocati, i medici o i sacerdoti.
C’è più sincerità e disperazione in quello che si dice aggrappati al bancone di un bar che in tante altre situazioni della vita in cui riteniamo di essere più integri ed equilibrati, e
dunque quello che viene detto lì non dovrebbe poi poter essere spifferato in giro. Ogni uomo ha il sacrosanto diritto di ubriacarsi, e di essere garantito sul fatto che ciò che dirà da ubriaco
non possa essere usato contro di lui.
